History
MFG Galileo Composites has focused on sandwich wall radomes with composite skins and low dielectric foam core. This construction is well proven for all applications up thru Ka band. The company has an installed base of more than 500 radomes worldwide and more than 100 customers in the military and commercial marketplace.
The company is owned by Molded Fiber Glass Companies (MFG), Ashtabula OH - a distinguished international composites company. MFG Galileo Composites leverages the deep research bench of MFG by applying this vast materials and processing experience to our radome and reflector design and manufacturing. MFG Galileo Composites recognizes that antenna system requirements are continually changing to higher frequency applications, harsher environments, and lower RF loss requirements. As such, each project benefits from our 15-year track record and outstanding field service. In addition, MFG Galileo Composites's unique focus on applying advanced materials and processes through MFG Research is a unique distinction among suppliers in this marketplace.
Key to our ability to deliver consistent high performing radomes is our stable and highly skilled workforce. As part of our ISO 9001:2000 certified Quality System, each of our 40+ teammates goes through a certified composite training program to ensure that a shared and high level of knowledge is possessed by all our teammates. Additionally, most of our teammates have been part of the MFG Galileo Composites team for 10+ years, which allows continuous improvement in all aspects of our performance.
