	Carmen Jones Sr. Program Manager Carmen has end-to-end management responsibility for all military and government programs. Ms. Jones brings over 15 years of government program management experience to MFG Galileo Composites's management team, including knowledge of many contract vehicles, technical & cost proposal development, team recruitment/management, project management and overall contract administration.

	Lance Griffiths, PhD Radome Design Engineer Dr. Griffiths leads the engineering research and development efforts at MFG Galileo. He has extensive experience in radome design and analysis, RF system analysis, and antenna design for the defense industry. His background includes research in antenna design, computational electromagnetics, and optimization techniques as well as professional positions at L-3 Communications-Communication Systems West, RF and Sensor Innovation, and Trans-Lux Sports. Dr. Griffiths earned a Masters degree in electrical engineering from Utah State University and a PhD from the University of Utah. He is an associate editor of the International Journal of Antennas and Propagation and a member of the IEEE Antenna and Propagation Society and the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society.

	Todd Finney Director of Business Development Todd is responsible for pursuing new business wins for the company as well as supporting existing customers worldwide. Todd brings 16 years of experience in advanced composites, most notably in his prior role as director of military programs for Applied Aerodynamics based in Dallas, TX. He also recently served as the regional sales manager for McNally Industries focused on business development within the Department of Defense and tier two defense communities.
