	Michael Gayford Engineering and Quality Manager Michael Gayford has engineering and quality responsibility for the company's manufacturing facility in Opp, AL. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in engineering, design, manufacturing, equipment installation, and quality. His experience includes thermoset resin systems, open and closed molding technologies, and composite tooling produced using CNC machining. Prior to working at MFG Galileo, Mike was a partner in Sikes Composites, director of engineering for Flow Sciences, and held various engineering positions at Bosch Home Appliances and Corning Incorporated.
