Clint Lackey General Manager Clint was appointed to General Manager in July 2007. He has served MFG Galileo for many years in various engineering capacities, and his depth of knowledge in the areas of product design and composites manufacturing processes has been instrumental in re-shaping MFG Galileo into a focused, reliable supplier of high quality radomes and reflectors. Clint continues to function as the technical point of contact for most programs.

	Lance Griffiths, PhD Radome Design Engineer Dr. Griffiths leads the engineering research and development efforts at MFG Galileo. He has extensive experience in radome design and analysis, RF system analysis, and antenna design for the defense industry. His background includes research in antenna design, computational electromagnetics, and optimization techniques as well as professional positions at L-3 Communications-Communication Systems West, RF and Sensor Innovation, and Trans-Lux Sports. Dr. Griffiths earned a Masters degree in electrical engineering from Utah State University and a PhD from the University of Utah. He is an associate editor of the International Journal of Antennas and Propagation and a member of the IEEE Antenna and Propagation Society and the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society.
