MFG Galileo Composites's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2000. We take
great pride in relentless attention to product quality and understanding and
exceeding customer requirements. For all radome panels, MFG Galileo Composites applies
rigorous dimensional and non-destructive quality inspection steps to ensure
consistency and compliance to the design requirements.
Lean Six and Continuous Improvement

MFG Galileo Composites recognizes our customers only desire to pay for the value we
provide for them in producing radomes or reflectors. As such, MFG Galileo Composites
maintains world class 5S work environment and readily utilizes lean
manufacturing tools to minimize waste from our radome production line.

To ensure product consistency and minimize variation, MFG Galileo Composites imposes
many critical in-process and final inspection steps. For a radome to meet
the RF predictions, the thickness of each layer of the composite wall must
fall within a very tight range. MFG Galileo Composites uses various engineered methods
to monitor the ply-by-ply thickness variation to ensure the final radome
will be the design specification.
